Honest reviews for indie novelists

If you are a self-published author, you already know how hard it is to get your book into the hands of readers — and how much a review on Amazon or Goodreads can matter.

I spent several years reviewing for other platforms, but found them rigid, self-serving, and not always working in the author's best interest. I also noticed how few review sites think carefully about protecting your work and your Kindle page-read earnings.

That is why this site works exclusively with Kindle links. I have Kindle Unlimited and will read your book through the Kindle platform — protecting your copyright and your KENP reads. I do not accept epub files.

Posting paid reviews directly to Amazon or Goodreads violates their policies — and I won't do that. What I offer instead is a professional editorial review of no less than 500 words, written honestly and delivered to you to use however you choose — your website, media kit, social media, or promotional materials.

Because reading and reviewing a book properly takes real time, I charge a fee for this service. No positive review is ever guaranteed. My honest opinion is the whole point.

I also reserve the right to decline a submission. If I don't feel I am the right fit for your book, I will tell you upfront rather than waste your time or mine. I read widely across all fiction genres — but a book has to engage me. That is the only way I can give it the attention it deserves.
